Waterfront is a multi-phased redevelopment of the former Waterside Mall located at 4th and M Streets SW:

  When fully redeveloped, Waterfront will include approximately 1.2 million SF of office space, 1.2 million SF of residential, and a minimum of 110,000 SF of retail space
• First phase delivery - late 2009 includes:
  • 500,000 SF of office space leased by the DC Government
  • Two residential towers totaling 400,000 SF
  • Up to 75,000 SF of Neighborhood retail
  • The re-opening of 4th Street SW
