Located at M and 4th Streets SW, the project is the location of the Waterfront-Southeastern University Metro Station, making Waterfront just minutes away from major destinations including Union Station, Capitol Hill, and the central business district.

The project is near the Southwest waterfront on the Potomac River's Washington Channel as well as the new ballpark district in Southeast DC opening in Spring 2008.
